The following terms and conditions shall govern your use of the online giving system on www.everynation.org.ph. By donating online, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Every Nation Seminary accepts online donations through credit card payments and direct bank transfers from interested individuals, organizations and associations.

PRIVACY POLICY. Every Nation Seminary values the security of your personal information. We adhere to the principles and comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. We ask for personal information and email addresses on our online donation pages so we can acknowledge the receipt of your donation and to help prevent fraudulent donations.

SECURITY POLICY. We have set up reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical safeguards for your personal information, protecting it from loss, misuse, or unauthorized processing.

Every Nation Seminary’s online donation system uses an advanced encryption technology provided by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a recognized authentication and encryption software, which means that the site encrypts all of your personal information and card details so that it is unreadable to anyone outside of the transaction process.

The card details provided are stored by Paypal for the purpose of processing your donation. Information on individual donations shall not be made available to any other party without your consent.

DONATION. Donations may be made via www.everynation.org.ph, using our secure payment gateway. Registration with the website is a prerequisite to donation, and donors will be required to provide all the necessary information to process the transaction.

Donors have the following donation options:

1. Credit Card. Donors may donate via their credit card in two ways:
   1. Recurring Donation. Donors may specify a donation amount and duration, during which their credit cards shall be automatically charged for that specified amount. The first donation, even if future-dated, will be processed on date of entry.
   2. One-Time Donation. Donors may specify an amount, which will be charged to their credit cards accordingly.
2. BPI Express Online. Donors registered with the Bank of the Philippine Islands' Express Online system must enroll Every Nation Seminary (ENS) as a biller account before donating.

CONFIRMATION. After the donation process is completed, a confirmation of the transaction will be emailed to the donor’s email address, as registered in the website’s online donation system, to serve as proof of delivery.

TRANSACTION CURRENCY. All amounts on the website are defaulted to Philippine (PHP) currency. The currency conversion amounts appearing within this site are for your information purposes only and are approximate amounts in your selected currency. The converted amounts shown here are not necessarily the exact amounts that will appear on your credit card statement, as international currency exchange rates are prone to change beyond the control of Every Nation Seminary.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION. Once a donation is completed, the transaction is deemed final and indisputable, except under the following circumstances:

1. Unauthorized or fraudulent use of a donor's credit card is proven, per guidelines of his or her credit card company. In case of lost or stolen credit card, donors must notify their credit card company and comply with its reporting procedure.
2. Every Nation's websites and/or online donation system inadvertently does/causes something that will necessitate a refund.

In such an event, you must notify our Partner Relations Office at the Every Nation Building by requesting a refund within five (5) working days from the time you received an email confirming the donation.

Every Nation Seminary shall process your request for refund with the credit card company or bank within fifteen (15) working days.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Under no circumstance shall Every Nation Seminary be liable for any claims, costs, or damages, whether direct or consequential, arising as a result of your use of the online donation system or your inability to do so, your reliance on any content and/or services associated with the websites, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

INDEMNITY. Every Nation Seminary shall only indemnify against damages caused by it’s negligence. Every Nation Seminary shall not be obliged to indemnify you in any manner whatsoever for claims, costs, damages, or losses resulting from your own fault or negligence.

GOVERNING LAW. Disputes relating to the use of the websites' online donation system and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute shall be brought before the courts of Taguig City, Philippines, where Every Nation Seminary is officially registered and located.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Every Nation Seminary is not responsible for typographic errors. We reserve the right to modify or replace the terms and conditions of the online donation system, or any portion hereof, at any time without prior notice. Any change shall be effective one posted on the website.
