Real LIFE Foundation Executive Director

As Christians, we believe we are called to help those in need, to be the hands and feet of Jesus by being His instruments on earth.

Real LIFE Foundation was born as a response to that call of God.

At Real LIFE, we serve bright and deserving underprivileged youth by providing them with educational assistance, so that as we empower them, they, in turn, can be a blessing to their families and communities.

More than just providing education, we focus on character formation, instilling in them the values of leadership, integrity, faith, and excellence, to help our scholars rise to become true servant leaders.

Although we may not see in our lifetime our vision of a totally transformed nation where each Filipino has access to quality education, we press on toward this goal: one changed life at a time.

WHAT WE DO

Educational Assistance

We believe that education is the most effective way to empower individuals to lift themselves out of poverty. Currently, Real LIFE has produced 482 graduates and is serving 637 scholars in over fifty centers nationwide.

Character Formation

We believe that poverty is ultimately a spiritual condition that can only be addressed by the gospel and discipleship. Real LIFE works closely with Victory and Every Nation Campus to go beyond educational assistance and provide avenues for discipleship and leadership development. They have weekly and monthly meetings with our campus missionaries and Victory group leaders.

Leadership Development

We believe in investing in students because they are the future leaders of the nation. We train them in leadership, integrity, faith, and excellence.

WHAT WE DO

Bishop Ferdie Cabiling

serves as chairman of the board of Real LIFE.

Pastor Janssen Morados

serves as an elder in Victory Metro Manila and is the senior pastor of Victory Alabang.

Pastor Jon Dolor

serves on the executive team of Victory Metro Manila.

Atty. Inky Reyes

serves as a partner of Gordon Dario Reyes Law Offices.

Pastor Jeng Aguinaldo

serves as the regional director of Every Nation Campus Philippines. He is also a member of the regional leadership team of Every Nation Philippines.

Agnes Mondonedo

serves as an independent consultant for talent management framework, organizational culture transition management, and leadership & development programs.

Pastor Ariel Marquez

serves as the corporate secretary of Real LIFE. He also serves on the executive team of Victory Metro Manila as its Chief Operations Officer.

Jiji Concepcion

serves as treasurer of Real LIFE. She is now an organizational consultant to Victory Metro Manila.

Ranya Fernandez

serves as the assistant corporate secretary of Real LIFE. She also serves as the Corporate Legal Counsel of Victory Metro Manila.

Crickette Abello

serves as the director for partnership development in Victory Metro Manila.
